• Use of the Barn on the day of event for ___ hours. Time of event to be determined based on the type of event and number of expected guests. All personal effects will be removed from the Barn 2 hours’ after the end of the event.

  • Use of Farm for photographs needed for event

  • 4 to 6 rectangular tables
  • 200 white resin padded chairs
  • Set up/take down of tables and chairs
  • Basic clean up of facilities before and after event
  • Parking attendant
  • Host Staff for bathroom checks, trash removal and general support
  • Use of props/decorations in design room
  • Use of antique truck, tractor, jeep and wagon for photos/decorations (if available)
  • Use of built in Bar with Beverage cooler and Wine Cooler. Beverage cooler holds up to 32 cases of can drinks or 22 cases of 12oz bottles.
