• Use of the Barn on the day of event from 8am to 9pm. Reception will end at 9pm and all personal effects will be removed from the Barn 2 hours after the end of reception
  • Use of the Meathouse and Bridal Room starting at 10am for Bridal party to get ready in
  • Use of Fire Pit and Pavilion for designated smoking areas
  • Use of Farm for Engagement, Save the Date and Bridal photos
  • 25- 60” round tables
  • 4-8ft rectangular tables
  • 1-6ft rectangular table
  • 200 white resin padded chairs
  • Set up/take down of tables and chairs
  • Basic clean up of facilities before and after event
  • Parking attendants
  • Host Staff for bathroom checks, trash removal and general support
  • Use of props/decorations in design room
  • Use of antique truck, tractor, jeep and wagon for photos/decorations (if available)
  • Use of built in Bar with Beverage cooler. Bartenders are required if serving alcohol. Bartenders may be rented through Rocky Top.
  • Rehearsal day and time will be based on availability of venue
