• Use of the Barn on the day before the event from 10am to 7pm for decorating and rehearsal time.
  • Use of the Barn on the day of event from 10am to 10pm. Reception will end at 10pm and all personal effects will be removed from the Barn two hours after the end of reception.
  • Use of the Meathouse on day of event, starting at 10am, for Bridal party to ready in and/or refreshments for Bridal party. All personal effects will be removed from the Meathouse two hours after the end of reception.
  • Use of the Bunkhouse on day of event, starting at 9am, for Bridal party to ready in. All personal effects will be removed from Bunkhouse two hours after the end of reception.
  • Use of Fire Pit and Pavilion.
  • Use of Farm for Engagement, Save the Date and Bridal photos.

  • 200 white resin padded chairs
  • Set up/take down of tables and chairs for reception
  • Basic clean up of facilities before and after event

  • Use of built in Bar with Beverage cooler. Bartender(s) are required if serving alcohol. Bartenders may be rented through Rocky Top for additional charge
