The barn will seat up to 300 banquet style and up to 400 reception style.
Yes. We provide 25- 60inch round tables, 4-6 rectangular tables and 200
White resin padded chairs. We do not provide chairs for the ceremony but have church pews for rent for the ceremony. Ceremony chairs can also be rented through local vendors. If the ceremony takes place in the barn then the chairs in the barn will be used.
We have 20 13ft solid pine church pews. The pews rent for $20 each and each pew can hold between 10-12 people of various sizes.
Tours are arranged on an individual basis and can be arranged a couple of days in advance. Please allow about an hour for the tour and time to answer questions.
We do not provide tablecloths/linens. You can rent through local vendors. Some brides opt to buy their own tablecloths and resell them after their wedding. There are several sites in the internet to buy tablecloths, table runners, overlays, etc.
Yes. We have two parking areas which we rotate between events or use one for overflow. A parking attendant will be provided to help direct flow of traffic.
No. We do not allow the use of silly string, confetti or other similar materials. Clean up of this is very time consuming and most are not able to be so readily cleaned up. Please be respectful of the next event so the grounds remain unmarred from this. Sparklers are allowed. We do suggest you do not use 4 minute sparklers.
We do not allow for decorations to be hung with nails, staples, glue or other materials that will damage or alter the barn. We will be happy to help in anyway with your decorating.

A date is not confirmed until the contract is signed and deposit received. Once contract and deposit is received your date is locked in place and written/email confirmation will be given.
Cars may be left overnight but rocky top staff may not be available right away to unlock the farm for car retrieval the following day.
Access to the farm for engagement, save the date and bridal portraits are part of any wedding rental. We will need a few days notice to make sure farm has staff available, especially if rocky top props/decorations are to be used in the photo.
Yes, someone from rocky top staff will be onsite most all the time with the exception of running short errands or tending to another part of the farm but will always be available via cellphone, text or email.
Yes, as long as a licensed bartender or certified bartender serves it. Some caterers offer bartending services. Rocky Top can also provide that service for an extra fee.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings. We have designated the Fire Pit and pavilion as smoking areas.
We do not allow open flames but candles may be put in glass containers.
Yes, you can use a caterer of your choice.
Do to stipulations in our liability policy, the only animals allowed are service animals.
The Bunkhouse will be used for the bridal party to get ready in and the Meathouse is also available. The Meathouse will also be used for the bridal party to relax in before the festivities begin.
We do have heating and air in the kitchen and bathrooms. The barn does not have heat or air but in the warmer months, the open doors and ceiling fans provide a nice cross breeze for comfort. In case of extreme heat you can rent portable cooling fans or drum fans from local vendors. In case of cold weather, we have stand up patio heaters for rent.
Having a rain plan is a must. Your options would be renting a tent or moving the ceremony into the barn. As a rule of thumb, you make a decision to rent a tent 7-10 days prior to the event if the chances of rain are favorable. Talking with local vendors ahead of time is recommended in order to know the rental prices and availability, especially during football season. If you have rented church pews and it looks like the rain plan will be in affect then the rental of the church pews will be cancelled as the pews cannot be moved in and out of the barn.
You may upgrade your package at anytime if the calendar is clear for upgrade. If you wish to add anything from the extra’s menu please give us several days notice as we will have to make arrangements. We do not allow packages to be downgraded.
