- Use of the Barn on the day of event for ___ hours. Time of event to be determined based on the type of event and number of expected guests. All personal effects will be removed from the Barn 2 hours’ after the end of the event.
- Use of Fire Pit and Pavilion for designated smoking areas
- Use of Farm for photographs needed for event
- -25- 60” round tables
- 4 to 6 rectangular tables
- 200 white resin padded chairs
- Set up/take down of tables and chairs
- Basic clean up of facilities before and after event
- Parking attendant
- Host Staff for bathroom checks, trash removal and general support
- Use of props/decorations in design room
- Use of antique truck, tractor, jeep and wagon for photos/decorations (if available)
- Use of built in Bar with Beverage cooler and Wine Cooler. Beverage cooler holds up to 32 cases of can drinks or 22 cases of 12oz bottles.
